We are an organization, started by an amazing 11-yr-old boy... (My mom wrote that!) With the help of my parents and inspired by Cavanaugh, a new-found friend in Maryland, I started my nonprofit organization, Kids Who Kare. I am Charlie, the CKO (Chief Kare Officer) and I have always had the desire to help people, whether there is a need or not, and to make them feel appreciated and cared for. In March of 2020, when the onset of COVID-19 spread across our country and the rest of the world, and a quarantine was put into place, I had an idea.
